From pure delight to extreme misery, humans experience a huge array of emotions that create a completely different feeling within. Cut the Perceptions:
After considering this question for a minute you may realize that there are really no negative or positive experiences other than what we define as such. As a result, it is our perception of a situation or experience that has the supreme power as to how we feel during the event and how our bodies are impacted by it. While it is possible to move past our definitions of each experience and use it as a learning experience, we may not be at this point. As a result, it is crucial that we appreciate how our emotions can impact our health.
